Scope of application:
Wired and wireless smart water meters, electric meters, gas meters, heat meters, and multi-user intelligent collection terminals of various communication protocols.
System composition:
The overall system consists of a master station system, a concentrator, a collector, and a smart meter terminal device. among them:
1. The master station system refers to the intelligent meter reading control management system;
2. The concentrator is a three-level communication architecture concentrator, and the collector is a data acquisition device that is used with concentrator communication;
3. Intelligent watch terminal device refers to intelligent water and electric heat meter or intelligent collection terminal.
The main function:
1. Automatic meter reading: no need to manually copy the meter at home, avoid disturbing the residents, improve the safety of the residential buildings in the park and maintain the privacy of the residential houses in the park;
2. File management: maintenance and management of regional files, concentrator files, collector files, user files, table files, etc.;
3. Statistical analysis: classify, analyze, and view the data of the watch by means of tables and graphs;
4. Payment management: It can carry out prepaid and postpaid multiple payment methods to support the ladder water price. It can be connected to the third party charging platform through data, or through the network payment method such as WeChat public number or mobile APP;
5. Remote control: The system provides remote opening and closing functions according to actual needs. When the user is found to be in arrears, the system can automatically issue a shutdown and the payment will be automatically opened.
6. When the opening requirement is met, the operator gives an opening operation instruction;
7. Multiple channels: Link communication function with no less than 8 working channels, which can select the best working channel according to the working environment of the field;
9. Automatic recovery: When any node in the network experiences communication failure, the network automatically reconstructs without affecting the normal communication of other nodes;
10. Data encryption: with AES-128 hardware encryption function;
11. Automatic networking: automatic networking and automatic routing in the whole network with on-site free setting;
12. Two-way real-time communication: with remote real-time meter reading function; with wireless meter with active upload function;
Construction Content:
1. Install smart water meter that supports RF, M-BUS and other communication methods on the water line or pipeline of the household. If the meter using M-BUS communication method requires M-BUS wiring between the concentrator and the watch, use RF communication. The method is not required;
2. Using the data concentrator installed in the distribution room/building, communicate with the collector through micro-power wireless communication, automatically collect the data in each watch and manage it effectively;
3. According to the system meter reading scheme, the data in the concentrator is collected into the background master station system by using GPRS, 3G, 4G, RS232, Ethernet network and other transmission methods;
4. The above-mentioned connected devices are jointly adjusted, and the main station system analyzes and collects the collected data, and then publishes and shares the data in the manner of WEB, report, database, and the like.
